Fiorentino Jovanovski Limited Warranty

At Fiorentino Jovanovski, we design and engineer high-performance wheels built for real-world use.
Our goal is simple: make sure you feel confident in what you drive.
If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Who’s Covered

This warranty applies only to new Fiorentino Jovanovski wheels purchased directly from us or through an authorized distributor, by the original owner.
It cannot be transferred if the wheels are sold or given to another person.

You may be asked to provide your purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase when submitting a claim.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

We’ve made the process quick and easy:

  • Email Us: Send an email to us with the subject line “Warranty Claim.”

  • Get an RMA Number: We’ll review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Return the Product: Once we confirm that the issue qualifies under warranty, we’ll ask you to send the product back for inspection or replacement.

  • Please include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue in your first email — it helps us speed up the process.

RMA numbers are valid for 45 days.
If you’ve purchased a replacement wheel in advance, the defective one must be returned within 30 days for a refund (or within 45 days for store credit).

What’s Covered

All Fiorentino Jovanovski wheels are built to meet strict quality standards.
We stand behind them with the following protection:

Lifetime Structural Warranty

We guarantee that our wheels are free from structural defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal, reasonable use.
If a wheel fails due to a verified manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

This includes:

  • Machining or material flaws that lead to cracks in the rim or spokes

  • Center bores out of tolerance

  • Rims that are out of round

  • Visible factory defects or machining blemishes

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Impacts with potholes, curbs, or barriers

  • Off-road or competitive use

  • Improper installation or fitment

  • Tire mounting or balancing damage

  • Overloading or exceeding the rated wheel capacity

  • Non-compliance with assembly or care instructions

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance of the wheels

  • Paint removal, third-party painting, or powder coating

  • Rim repair or refurbishment of any kind

  • Deviations in concentricity caused by driving over curbs, obstacles, or potholes

Important Safety Note

The warranty is void if a rim has been refurbished.
Refinishing processes that involve material removal or excessive heating can compromise the wheel’s structural integrity and strength — immediately voiding the warranty.
For safety reasons alone, we strongly advise against any such modification or repair.

Finish Warranty – 1 Year

Every Fiorentino Jovanovski wheel finish is protected for one year from the purchase date against peeling or lifting due to manufacturing defects.

Please note, this warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, chips, or curb rash

  • Damage from rocks, debris, or harsh cleaners

  • Mounting or dismounting damage

  • Staining from aggressive brake pads

  • Paint removal, powder coating, or any refinishing performed by third parties

Inspect your wheels carefully before installing tires.
Once a tire has been mounted, installation-related finish damage cannot be covered.

Small imperfections such as faint paint dots, minor dust under the clear coat, or slight tape edges in hidden areas are part of normal production and do not affect performance.
Only visible defects larger than a ballpoint pen tip, or lint longer than 2 mm on visible areas, may qualify for review.

Shipping Coverage

The customer is responsible for shipping the defective wheel to Fiorentino Jovanovski for inspection or replacement.
Once the claim is approved, Fiorentino Jovanovski will cover the shipping cost of the replacement wheel back to the customer.

This applies to both domestic and international customers.
Any customs, import duties, or brokerage fees that may apply when receiving the replacement remain the customer’s responsibility.

If you need the replacement urgently, expedited shipping is available at your own cost.

Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Wheels

If your wheel model has been discontinued, you’ll receive store credit equal to the original purchase price (up to MSRP), valid toward any current Fiorentino Jovanovski wheel.
If you prefer to match your set, you can also purchase up to three additional wheels of the new model at 25 % off MSRP.

If your replacement wheel is out of stock, it will be backordered for up to 120 days.
If restock isn’t possible within that time, we’ll process it as a discontinued item unless you choose to wait longer.

Our Commitment

We care deeply about our customers and will always handle warranty claims fairly and quickly.
However, Fiorentino Jovanovski cannot be responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage or downtime costs

  • Travel or event expenses

  • Indirect or incidental losses

We will reimburse mounting and balancing costs up to $50 per wheel (with a valid service invoice) if a wheel is found defective under warranty.

Legal Notice

This Limited Warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the wheel as outlined above.
Fiorentino Jovanovski is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from use or failure of the product.

In Short

We build every Fiorentino Jovanovski wheel with precision and care.
If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing defect — we’ll take care of it.
If the damage comes from impact, misuse, or improper installation — that’s outside warranty coverage.

We’re here to help and will always treat our customers with honesty, fairness, and respect.
